Shipping and Return Policy
We can only process orders where shipping address is located within the USA. Any international orders will not be processed. CA residents will be required to pay the 8.5% State sales tax.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the buyer. By purchasing any item sold by KatachiSF Inc., the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KatachiSF Inc. for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations.
You certify that you are no less than 18 yrs of age or of legal age in the area the order is being placed and/or shipped, and that you are not a minor representing himself/herself as an adult.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KatachiSF Inc., its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licencors from/against loss, damages, penalties, fines, cost or expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred as a result of any damage or injury to persons (including death) or property resulting from your transaction with us.
KatachiSF Inc. and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, KatachiSF Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by KatachiSF Inc. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
If a damaged or defective item is received, purchaser must notify us within 10 days from the date or receipt. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is deemed defective or if the wrong item was shipped. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (including the cost of initial shipping from our warehouse that we may have given for free), and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
We are not obligated to accept returns of an unwanted product sent to us. Please note that is at our sole discretion whether an item is deemed returnable.
No returns will be accepted without express authorization from KatachiSF Inc. If you need to return an item that was purchased at our store, you need to contact us first for authorization, and we will do everything we can to assist you. If an order is authorized for return, we will issue an authorization number, and communicate the return address with further instructions at that time.
Returns must be in original condition, packaging, and sent back to us within three days of the original delivery to you. Any custom orders, items discontinued or Sale items may not be returned for any reason.
We will respect your wishes as to an exchange or a KatachiSF Inc. store credit. No refunds will be given. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within seven days of receiving the returned item. Please keep in mind that your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post your refund.
The majority of orders will ship within 48hrs and please note that this do not include transit times. The transit time will be determined by the shipping method we have chosen. If the customer states otherwise, we will typically use the most economical method for shipping. The cost difference between the requested expedite shipping method and economical shipping method will be the responsibility of the customer.
*Items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will incur additional charge whether the purchase meets the free shipping or a flat rate promotion. Customer will be contacted by one of our staff members of the difference in shipping cost if this event occurs.
If an item is back ordered, someone from our sales team will notify you of an approximate date of when the product is expected to be back in stock and ready for shipping. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.

Your entire order will most often ship from our store; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information
Our company does not tolerate credit card fraud, and we put an emphasis on keeping our customers safe. This includes using the highest level of SSL Encryption when accepting orders on our web site.
We do not store any sensitive customer information (including credit card data), and all orders are manually reviewed by our staffs.
Credit card fraud is a growing problem faced by online stores, and it is the stores responsibility to ensure that only valid orders are shipped, or risk taking a loss on the sale.
To ensure fast processing of your order, please have your order shipped to the same address that is on file with your credit card company. In some cases, orders shipping to addresses which are different from the credit card billing address may be held until the credit card holder is contacted by phone to confirm the order.
